  • We missed a lesson, do we get a make-up? How do we do this?

    We understand that life occurs and that you may need to miss a lesson from time to time. Our make-up policy allows students to attend a group class within a week of missing one. It is not feasible to make up a private class due to the way our scheduling works. Simply send us an email to admin@corestudiossydney.com and our team will get back to you on available time slots.

  • We can no longer be a part of the studio, what do we do?

    We understand that life happens, and sometimes students can no longer be a part of the studio. Send us an email and we'll finalise your payments. Students can only leave the studio at the conclusion of a school term. So please notify us before the next payment month for that period.

  • I didn’t attend any lessons in January, why am I being charged?

    Our payment system works on a pro-rata basis. This means that we charge for our classes based on the number of lessons there are during the term, and we divide the costs over three months regardless of when you took classes. Every month, we contribute to the term fees, allowing families to budget for their music tuition expenses throughout the year.
