Terms and Conditions

Lessons Policy:

  • Lessons occur weekly during NSW public school terms, 40 weeks a year.

  • Lesson fees are paid monthly over 12 months.

  • Payments are made via direct debit from a nominated bank account/credit card or manually via our website on the 1st of the month.

  • School holiday lessons are available at an extra cost, depending on frequency.

  • No refunds can be made for payments after they have been debited.

Make-up lesson policy:

  • If you miss a lesson, you are entitled to schedule a make-up group lesson within seven

    days. Simply contact us at admin@corestudiossydney.com to arrange your attendance

    at one of our other group lessons.

  • Our group teachers will be able to assign homework for the following week to ensure you

    stay on track with your musical development.

  • We hope this policy will help you to continue learning, even when life gets in the way. If

    you have any questions or concerns about our make-up lesson policy, please don't

    hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to support you and your musical journey.

Studio cancellation policy:

  • You are required to commit to the whole term after enrollment.

  • A notice to leave the studio must be provided in writing to admin@corestudiossydney.com at least 14 days before your next scheduled payment.

  • We stand behind our music program. If, within the first two weeks, it doesn't meet your expectations, we'll refund your investment—no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority

Media Release:

Core Studios Sydney reserves the right to use any photographs/video taken at our teaching locations or at any event hosted by Core Studios Sydney. Any parent or student who does not wish to have their image recorded or photographed must make their wishes known in writing.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will never be identified using names or any personal identifying information without written consent from the photographed subject, the subject’s parent or legal guardian.
